Shipping & Returns

Shipments will be made only after receipt of payment .

Shipments are made using the services of Poste Italiane and DHL Express in the following ways:

• Poste Italiane - Poste Delivery Standard - Delivery time: 4 working days.
• Poste Italiane - Poste Delivery Express - Delivery time: 1-3 working days.
• Poste Italiane - Poste Delivery International Standard - Delivery times: 10-15 working days for EU countries 10-25 working days Extra U.E.
• Poste Italiane - Poste Delivery International Express - Delivery time: 2 working days for EU countries 2-4 working days Extra U.E.
• DHL Express International - Delivery time: 2 working days for EU countries 2-5 working days Extra U.E.

Shipping costs must be added to the price of the goods (including 22% VAT). The number of the waybill will be communicated to the customer at the time of shipment.

For international shipments the rates and delivery times depend on the country of destination

For any information on shipments by DHL express courier or other courier, please contact us for rates and delivery times at our email address info@firstonetuning.com before placing orders.

Shipping costs will be charged on the invoice.
Their amount will however be communicated to the Customer during the Checkout procedure.
At the time of shipment, the number of the waybill will be communicated to the customer.
